「Location was good but I got the deluxe room that said that had a desk but there was no desk. I asked in the reception and they said there are no desks at all, they didn’t do anything to fix the fact that when I reserved it said that it included a desk. The water from the shower changes from warm to cold out of nowhere. They don’t clean the room during your stay. 」

「The location is great, very close to zocalo (~5 min walk). The staff is super nice, always being friendly, and willing to answer all your questions. The breakfast is simple, but enough. Wifi signal is not good in the room, but it does not matter if you just need to sleep in the room. The room was a bit hot when I was there (early April) because the windows were always closed (to avoid the noise from the street) and there was only one big fan on the roof; the fan is quite noisy but it's ok if you...

「The location of this hostel is very good, the room is tidy and clean and staff are really helpful! Overall it’s a very great hostel for this price, just one thing, the lights in the bathroom and toilet area is not enough, sometimes i feel kind of spooky when taking shower in very dark lighting, would be perfect if they can make bathroom area brighter!」
