“This is a quaint second floor 2 bedroom unit in a large condo complex with a great lakefront view. Very clean, relative new and well maintained. All of the condo owners we met were seniors just like us. Before we got there, everyone that looked at the picture said it was too far from the water. In reality it was quite the opposite. In the pictures you can't see that there are multiple decks with comfortable chairs on both upper and lower levels. There is a very large lower deck leading to the……

“My husband is from Grand Haven and still has family there, so he and I attend the Coast Guard Festival almost yearly. We like to bring friends when we can, so this year we had two other couples with us. We chose the Fortino's Condo because of the location, but it exceeded our expectations. It is in the best spot on Washington Ave, central to shopping, dining, and super close to the waterfront. The rooftop patio was a bonus, and we enjoyed that nightly - people-watching and listening to concerts……
