「My daughter and I needed a place to meet 'halfway' between Mpls and Denver. We have become familiar with many NE towns and their hotels and decided to check on VRBO options. I can't speak to the crane viewing benefit of this listing. The rural road the property is on provided a peaceful dog walk, so that was as far as we ventured. 「Great loft in a lively downtown atmosphere. The only suggestion would be to have darkening shades and or darkening curtains in the bedrooms with windows. Lots of natural lighting throughout the loft. So having the flexibility to close blinds, etc. would be nice. Would recommend this loft! Manager was timely and reached out. Fantastic location with The Chocolate Bar, Archives Bar, and Big Red Treats all within a short walking distance. 」

「This is a fantastic property! We really only slept here this trip, but it offered so much more. Plenty of space inside, super clean and well-kept, and comfortable beds, The back yard is great. . .so much room and fenced for privacy. We would definitely book this location again. 」

The large kitchen and big table provided a fun place to gather but we spent most of our time outside. The lake was awesome and the floats and life jackets provided by the host kept us all happy. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio with the sound system playing great music, s'mores at the fire pit, and just relaxing in the sunshine. Highly recommend! 」

「Worth it 110%. The crane viewing is phenomenal -- from the house you can see them on the river, wake up to them lifting off, watch them in the cornfields all day, watch then come back at sunset, and sleep to their sounds all night (if you want! windows are well sealed if you don't ;). we booked several sunrise/sunset tours at local places but honestly our favorite crane moments were from this house. aside from the cranes, the house itself is amazing--comfortable, clean, cozy fireplace, has...
