「I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. 「Perfect set up for our large group in town to attend a wedding - it was clean and spacious. We appreciated the private pool area as well as the convenience of being able to pop over to the winery's restaurant for lunch (made it simple since with nine adults and a baby, it kept things low stress to have food literally at our doorstep). The host was quick to respond and even allowed us to drop off things early (big help for our multiple airport pick-ups). 」
