“Hotel tua yang masih ok, hanya suara musik masih saja masuk ke kamar”

“Nice hotel on the right side in Luwuk to go to the airport. The staff in the reception was excellent, the restaurant could have been better. No working air condition in the gym.”

“エアコンがぜんぜん冷えなく、別の部屋に変更。 最低の温度設定、最大の風量にしてもギンギンに冷えないが、我慢できない暑さではなくなったのでよしとする。 2食付きプランで夕食は150,000ルピアの料金まで注文できるとなっていたが、現地の人と食事したためか値引きはされなかった。”

“The room was clean and comfortable and there was a fan in the room so it didn’t get too hot. The host spoke good English which was really helpful and the family were friendly and welcoming. It was possible to organise boat trips here to some of the different beaches. It was also only 5mins scooter ride down to a beach with great snorkelling where we saw lots of the banggai cardinal fish! We didn’t have dinner here but for breakfast we had some donuts which was nice. The bathroom was clean with……

“It was my third time in Aston and I really love it. I love everything like staff, clean, food,. I will come back for sure,I recomend to all people go to Palu. ”

I was warned not to go here and instead to Swiss Bell or something, and I should have listened. For the shuttle, I’d understand if it was just out of service that day or something - but……

“Excellent stay here we enjoyed our wedding the staff were brilliant. Thank you”

“A good centrally based hotel. Helpful and welcoming staff and good food/breakfast. Ample facilities for a hotel when on business. ”

“No windows in any room. Just a concrete box. Seems to cater to a domedtic guest. Staff has difficulty with English such that you can't order in the restaurant. Half the meals on menu weren't available. Little to no help with recommendations for taxis, getting transportation or suggesting sites to see. Odd location.”

“This hotel surpassed our expectations. First up, it costs half of some of the other competitors in the area but is absolute excellence. The building and rooms feel spotless and clean. But more importantly the staff was beyond exceptional. We only checked in for 4 hours due to a very early morning departure flight, the receptionist had arranged their free airport shuttle to be there on time and even had prepared breakfast containers for on the go, as he knew we didn’t have time to wait for the……
