「As a property with the name "Hilton" associated with it, I had higher expectations. First the good: tons and tons of amenities. Different types of saunas, an indoor pool, and massage services. Cleanliness was as it should be, and the breakfast was wonderful. However, that's where the good ends. The gift shop was not open the entire time we were there. 「Excellent hotel, petit , ultra luxueux , ultra qualitatif .」

「We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived. Zero communication skills. Absent from the reception every 10 minutes he would disappear for 10-15 min. He refused to open the doors between our rooms claiming he does not have a key. His colleagues confirmed that was a lie. We had to change our sleep configuration (small kids) which was a major inconvenience to say the least 」

「The receptionist was very helpful. There a lot of parking space no fee. The property was walking distance to the Citadel」

「The team at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay! The parking on-site is a huge bonus for anyone traveling with a car. The breakfast was delicious and had good selection.」

「Location is perfect. Almost within the historic centre. Room looks exactly like, if not better than, the pictures. I was lucky enough to meet the owner of this hotel. A very polite and helpful gentleman he is, even guided me to park my car in the narrow streets of Sighisoara historic centre. Room is tidy and clean. A must stay for me when I visit Sighisoara. Make sure you don't miss the welcome Palinka!」

「The room was not quite as described on Expedia, but that did not matter. Not your typical hotel, more like staying as guests in someone’s house. Lovely location in a lovely village, situated in lovely scenery.」
