We did not enjoy the flat at all. There isn't a fully separate room, instead the living area is separated from the bedroom by a wall that doesn't meet the ceiling so no privacy. The boiler came on every couple of hours or so, I guess it was a on water pre-heat or something? The sofa bed was pretty bad, creaky and uncomfortable and I only laid there for a few minutes. I guess it was lucky that it was for my six year old rather than for a couple to share. There is a cleaning charge that seems extortionate given the size of the flat. The issue with this is that you have no recourse if they decide to charge it. The flat was clean but not sparkling so I suspect that it wasn't cleaned over and above what the previous occupants did. The views of Lake Como were pretty good though. All in All, I would not recommend this.
