“A largish group of family and friends to celebrate birthdays. The house had a fantastic and well stocked kitchen. Outdoor grill was a huge hit. Fresh fish from local fishermen plus veggies from little vegetable market in todos santos made for fantastic inexpensive dinners. Steaks and fresh baguettes from Agricola for fancy night!Washer made it easy to pack light. Lots of towels and cozy bedding made everyone happy. Nights were cool so hot tub was appreciated. “is perfect for those who want an adventure! It’s inexpensive and directly on the beach! I have never walked out of my back door on to the beach before!The house does not have AC, but even in July it was wonderfully cool at night and early AM. “The property is the upper part of a two unit casita on the owners compound on the beach. Excellent place for viewing the stars with so little light pollution. The owner has some friendly dogs so be aware if you are dog phobic. They aren't a bother but definitely around. Clean, simple, spacious unit that was very welcoming.
