"The staff here was just wonderful. We used google translate to converse but we communicated with no problems. They helped us organize a taxi to do a day trip, they held onto our luggage for a couple of days while we toured Machu Picchu. They were top notch! Here's an example: When we left for our day trip and just 5 min down the road. I realized I forgot our tickets. I had to run back as it was easier for the taxi to stay put and the woman at the hotel saw my urgency. She not only opened the door to the storage closet where our luggage was but helped me go through my bag to find the tickets. You could tell she genuinely cared for her guests. Our room was small but its all we needed. Breakfast was simple but they made eggs to order. Location was perfect. A little hidden but away from the hustle and bustle."

"Great location in Ollantaytambo! Hotel was great but quite noisy with other guests coming and going. Bring ear plugs and you should be fine. Bed were good with more then enough blankets to keep warm on the chilly nights."

"Small, lovely and clean hotel. Conveniently situated to restaurants, shops and ruins. Front desk staff were so helpful and all staff were friendly and pleasant. They communicated well before our trip and helped us arrange transportation when needed. Breakfast was limited but tasty."
