  • Location: Situated in a strategic area with excellent amenities, a 10-minute walk from the sea and 3 km from Cervia’s historic center. Conveniently close to all services!

    Description: A charming, welcoming apartment featuring brand-new furnishings, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator. Entrance into a bright living area with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table, kitchenette, and balcony; one bedroom with a double bed; a second bedroom with a small double bed (French-style); and a bathroom with a spacious shower enclosure and washing machine.

    The property is equipped with air conditioning in the living area and a reserved parking space in the communal courtyard.

    Pets are not allowed.

    The price includes:

    - rental

    - water, electricity, and gas consumption

    - 24-hour on-site assistance

    - initial and final cleaning
