    The flat is located in a quiet residential area, just 800 metres from the sea. The private road with little traffic that leads to the villa with the flat ends in a cul-de-sac.

    Renovated in 2021, the villa with garden offers views of the sea and the romantic old town of Cervos. It consists of two self-contained residential units, each with its own garden. The upper residential unit with a size of approx. 90 m² is at your disposal. The light-flooded flat is divided into two bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen with dining room and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (1.40 x 2 m) and the other has two single beds (1.90 x 0.90 m), which can also be placed next to each other. In the bright living area there is a double sofa bed (1.60 m wide), a green reading corner and a flat-screen TV with satellite reception. From there, a wide passageway leads to the kitchen and the dining area with a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, oven, German coffee machine, large fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. The large bathroom has a wash basin, shower bath, WC and bidet and the smaller bathroom has a shower, WC and wash basin. Both bathrooms are fitted with windows. A washing machine is located outside for shared use with the smaller holiday flat below. There is free Wi-Fi in the villa and at the place where the keys are handed over.

    Guests have access to the garden with olive and lemon trees via a patio door. A cosy seating area in the fenced garden invites you to relax. There are also two sun loungers, garden furniture and a gas barbecue for cosy barbecue evenings. The large roof terrace offers a view of the green hinterland, olive groves, the idyllic old town of Cervos and the sea. The sunny garden with terrace, the shaded terrace area behind the villa, the roof terrace and the barbecue are only used by the guests of this flat. A private car park is available to our guests directly in front of the house.

    The lower accommodation unit with a size of approx. 45 m² and a separate garden can be booked for 2 to 4 persons (see object no. 983316).
    The landlords live in the village and can provide information or help at any time.
    The landlord has a rowing boat and several single and double canoes on the beach at Cervo, which can be used on request. There is also a private room with table tennis and table football as well as free WiFi.

    Cervo is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy (with the award: "I borghi piú belli d`Italia") and is located between the well-known seaside resorts of Diano Marina and Alassio on the sun-kissed Ligurian coast.
    The distance to the beach is about 900 metres. The beach is accessible via a ramp so that a pushchair, for example, can also be taken along.
    A supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy and a kiosk as well as bars, restaurants and pizzerias can be reached in seven minutes on foot or in two minutes by car. Nice restaurants and cosy pubs can be found in the old town or along the beach.
    The beautiful area is not only ideal for a beach holiday, but also offers impressive views on hikes or tours by bike or mountain bike in the neighbouring hinterland. The new cycle path directly along the sea from Imperia to San Remo (approx. 27 km), which was built on the former railway line, is also highly recommended.
    A trip to the water park in Ceriale (24 km), the stalactite caves in Toirano (25 km) and the aquarium in Genoa (90 km) are particularly suitable for children. Alassio (11 km to the east) is a great place for a stroll and Imperia (7 km to the west) impresses with its harbour and chic yachts, the weekly market, the Olive Museum, the Maritime Museum and the Planetarium as well as characteristic bars and many restaurants. Monte Carlo is also definitely worth a visit. You can drive there on the motorway in around 50 minutes.
