Location: Valverde 200 meters from the sea and a few minutes drive from Cesenatico.

Description: brand new four-room apartment completely renovated on the second and top floor of a small building, close to the sea and convenient to all services.

Entrance to a bright living room with dining table, sofa, new kitchenette equipped with induction hob, microwave and coffee machine - bedroom with double bed - second bedroom with double bed and balcony - third bedroom with double bed - full bathroom with shower - second bathroom with washing machine - balcony equipped with table and chairs.

Ducted air conditioning in every room, electric curtains, mosquito nets, wi-fi and USB sockets. Pets not allowed.

Apartment with new and modern furnishings, complete with every comfort!

House CN019 is also available on the lower floor.

The price includes:

- rental

- water, electricity and gas consumption

- 24-hour on-site assistance

- initial and final cleaning

- the supply of bed linen and towels for all beds in the house
