職員有禮貎,房間整潔,佈置有特色,空間也很寛敞,唯一美中不足是需要去另一地方check in,如果可在訂房時告知,可省卻攜著行李來回的麻煩。

我订的是castle view的房间,可是由于窗户太深,根本看不到城堡。对于这家酒店就订个最便宜的房间就行了。位置还不错。

Bad check-out reception service
On 2016-02-15 when I went down on the reception on 08:00 am ,we put the luggage backward the reception, as I saw some luggages put on there yesterday when I check-in. My love wait near the reception and I went up 3/F to double check my luggage. When I went down, my love told me the someone impolite to her. She told me the reception woman went in around 0805 hrs , my love asked her , can I go in the have breakfast ? The woman said , you should said good morning to me first. My love haven't angry with her impolite. However when I go down, ready to have ,breakfast, I heared someone on the reception table shouted out"who's luggage ?" All people looked at her. I went out and told her , it's mine. She said , you shouldn't put in here.Ok. But I am angry to her impolite attitude . I check-out immediately and don't have the breakfast. I just telling the truth. Hope your hotel can understand how the traveler thinking.

Perfect Place
Great hotel at the sweet little fairytale village of Cesky Krumlov. Everything was fine. Hotel is at the center and very clean. And I'd like to mention specifically one reception personnel, Nojan. He's extremely helpful - positive - and most importantly has a smiling face and sense of humor, a very important quality that almost none of the Czech people have. So thank you Nojan for the great stay and hospitality and friendly attitude.

잘이용했어요
체크인하고 조식먹는곳이 숙소랑 다른건물(1분거리)에 있음 사방이 돌길이고 방에 올라갈때에도 계단이라 캐리어끄는데 너무힘들었음 하지만 방은 엄청큼!!! 호텔 바로앞쪽에 아시아음식점이 있는것도 좋음 다음에 또 이용할만해요!!!

Overall, the room is big enough, there is also bathtub. The floor was abit old and have some sound when you walk around. Something else to take note: hotel has no lift, if the staircase can be make better to prevent guests from slipped, especially if you stay at level 3 and need to move luggage up 2 floor. Corridor is using auto light which could have save electronic, but it make the hotel dark when nobody is walking. One major disadvantage the hotel building and room has no place for you to prepare or take hot water, this is particular bad during winter because every time we need to walk to the reception at Hotel EBERSBACH which is 3 min outside from Hotel Edward Kelly, just to take some hot water.

Staircase is original from late 18. century and people from ministery of culture are protecting such precious parts of oldtown houses like is our Edward Kelly. Check-in, Check-ou, breakfasts always happen in Ebersbach hotel, our main property and it is written also on our websites, we also sending to every guest all important information regarding to their stay. Kettle for hot water is provided only on Signature Suites of Ebersbach hotel, they never been a part of equipment in Edward Kelly. Gegenüber war eine Bar mit lauter Live-Musik bis tief in die Nacht, die selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster zu hören war. Und das in einer mittelalterlichen Stadt, nicht in Ibiza! Darauf hätte man uns vorher hinweisen müssen. Eine Zahlungsminderung lehnte das Hotel ab.

Super friendly, staff spoke excellent English. They let me park my motorcycle on their locked patio, which was a huge relief and quite a service for the tight confines of a medieval city. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Can’t recommend highly enough

Great location, close to everything. Surprised that reception was not at the hotel but at another hotel, wish I would have known in advance. No fridge in room and no air conditioning. Would not have been disappointed if it was a 3 star but expected more from a 4 star hotel.

Dear guest, Depandnace Edward Kelly never was a 4 star hotel, that is a wrong information, it always was a 3 star hotel which has turned into our depandance, since last August when we opened newly reconstructed main hotel, named Ebersbach, where you´ve been for check-in/out and breakfast during your stay with us. All information has been sent to you immediately, when you made this booking via Expedia. Air conditioning system is not possible to install in such old, historic houses like Edward Kelly or Ebersbach hotels. It´s strictly controlled by local preservationists. room is big and comfortable. check-in is in other location not far, but, we met problem of card-kay not work so have to walk several round from room (at 3rd floor no lift) to the reception. finally with 3 times failure (and walk and wait), hotel called the maintenance and finally change to another room.

Cet hôtel constitue une annexe d'un nouvel hôtel. L'accueil, la salle du petit déjeuner se trouvent dans le nouvel hôtel...pas très pratique. Nous étions au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, la literie d'appoint laissant à désirer au niveau confort. On a au mieux!!!
