"La maison de Bonne Maman", is a character cottage in the heart of the Minervois in the Languedoc. Renovated in 2022, this winegrower's family home has kept the authenticity of the old.

Charming village nestled on the foothills of the Montagne Noire, 45 min away from beaches of the Mediterranean, you will enjoy the calm and the sun by the swimming pool, you will discover the vineyard of La Livinière, 1er cru du Languedoc, the Cathar villages, the Canal du Midi, rivers, walks in the garrigue.

This house is part of our wine estate, the Domaine Coudoulet, we will be delighted to introduce you to our passion of winegrower and to taste our wines.

Spacious house of 500 m2, a 12x6 m swimming pool overlooking the garden, 2 lounges, a billiard table, an office, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Carefully renovated, old materials, furnitures and family paintings combine with modern bathrooms and the comfort of new bedding.

- 1 twin bedroom 90 and shared bathroom (in a row after the terracotta bedroom bed 140)

- pool towel

Kitchen equipment: toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, blender, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kitchen set for 12 people

Other equipment: WIFI, TV, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryers in each bathroom

Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bath

Can accommodate 12 people, possibility of adding 1 or 2 extra beds (+10€/day).

House not air-conditioned, remains temperate thanks to its thick walls.

2 entrances: one independent on the street side + one on the courtyard side (courtyard shared with our tasting room/office)

Note: first year of rental, the surroundings of the garden are not 100% finalized

We rent this house in a family and moderately festive setting (neighborhood).

Only very well educated dogs are accepted, be careful the garden is not fenced for a runaway dog
