「Good communication with owners…helpful directions & info We loved the area, especially Marilla County Store( spent 2 hrs still didn’t see it all!) enjoyed walks in neighborhood!! Alton’s restaurant has good brunch, TGS family owned barbecue out of this world!! Both close by. Pretty Victorian interior, clean bright open kitchen, charming parlor, bed comfortable, bathroom showers need to be cleaned better ( only disappointment) Overall, 3 1/2 - 4 stars rating. Nice experience!! Love this area!!」

「My husband, our Mini Dachshund and I love this place. This was our second Christmas staying here and we have already reserved Christmas next year for our annual Christmas visit (my husband is from the area). It was perfect for our little family. Plenty of room, close to grocery store, safe and quiet. Has all of the basics you need other than food. Highly recommend.」

「Perfect for girls weekend! Hot tub was great, furniture was comfortable, kitchen well supplied. Covered porches were nice for winter. We stayed in March. Fireplace was great. This property is remote, yet minutes from the action in Ellicottville. Clean and comfortable. We will be back! A big thank you to our host Michael!」

「This home was perfect for our family reunion. Great kitchen, comfy beds, a table big enough for all of us to eat together, and outdoor space to keep everyone happy. We range in age from almost 18 to almost 80, and everyone agreed that we should come back.」

「We had a weekend stay to go skiing at Holiday Valley. No snow, so that was a bummer. Travel to the resort is 8.3 miles, about 15 minutes. The travel is so worth the privacy. Chalet was very nice..greaty layout with lots of room. Beautiful wrap around deck! Washer/dryer was great to have. Kitchen could've had a little better amenities. Outside was a little disappointing...cans and candy wrappers around; pond unkept; sleds just laying around; driveway could've used more stone (kinda muddy); chairs...

「Our April stay in this private location in the woods was beautiful even without leaves on the trees. Enjoyed hearing and watching the birds from the large windows. Wood burning stove was awesome, kitchen very spacious and place was clean. The owner was responsive to a couple of issues.」
