「Our stay was extremely disappointing. The carpets were filthy, and the breakfast selection was very scarce. Water was only available from a fountain, which was inconvenient for guests. What upset us the most was how we were treated as motorcycle travelers. After riding thousands and thousands of miles and staying at many hotels, we have never had a hotel force us to move our motorcycle from under the canopy. This was especially frustrating because it was pouring rain and we had no protection...

「This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s very clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is better than most hotel breakfast with a good selection and very efficient and friendly staff making sure you have everything you need. Our room had a great air conditioner and the shower was nice and hot.」

「I would like to express my extreme disappointment with my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was in terrible condition: it had a very bad smell, was extremely hot, the walls were dirty, the bed sheets appeared unclean, and the floor was visibly filthy. Overall, the room looked like it had not been properly cleaned at all. In addition, the hotel advertised that breakfast was included, but there was literally only coffee...

「One of our two rooms smelled heavily of smoke, the air conditioner blew hot air, and the carpet was throughly damp from having been cleaned recently. When we asked for a fan, none were available. The second room had a broken phone and a television that didn’t work. We asked for quarters for the laundry and they were locked away and couldn’t be retrieved. The breakfast offering was extremely limited with no protein - just bread, grits, and cereal. Very, very disappointing.」
