“Big ants found in the room. ”

“This is a very new property, clean and fresh. Not too far from central business district. Would come back again. The collection of keys are right outside the building in the bike rack. Dont get lost or go anywhere else. ”

“It’s a good property. We booked and paid for a 4BR apartment with 3 toilets They gave us only a 3 BR apartment with only 2 toilets . As a result the 3 rd family had to move out to a house of one of our friends . Though we messaged the issue , no response from owners . It was shocking ”

“Great place to stay for a fishing trip. Nothing beats walking onto your boat to go fishing at 6am and then coming home for a relaxing brunch by the water. Sue is a wonderful host. All the neighbours are friendly and Marks Point has a really strong community. The two local cafe's are both amazing. We did have one small problem with people using the jetty without permission and respect of the guests. Sue managed the issue very well which is all we can ask. ”

“Great house and great location ”

“We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)……

“我在下午5點多抵達，發現旅館大門深鎖，也沒有check in櫃檯，浪費許多時間打電話到旅館提供的號碼，才發現原來這個旅館是屬於自助式的check in, 要先取得旅館房間號碼及密碼，以及旅館門囗的密碼，才能進到裹面，非常折騰與不便。”
