「Overall the hotel room is exceptional, clean and well designed. Our room has a balcony and a nice Mountain View. They also serve tea/ snacks at 5-6pm and breakfast is really delicious with a large variety of choices. The staff at breakfast were great. The only disappointing moment was at check in: we were lead by Google maps to walk from train station 5min to an entrance of the hotel, at 5:15pm, and turned out it was locked. 「This Hotel well exceeded my expectations. This started from the shuttle to and from the train station. The lady at the reception was very helpful and efficient. She provided lunch recommendation which is nice. The room was clean and modern. We shall be back the next time around. 」
