Four stars is more like 2 stars maximum for sure. Very bad rooms and uncomfortable beds and paint coming off the walls Showers were bad also with fittings broken. Very noisy hotel and party’s inside the hotel until really late.

Great location and friendly staff but the beds are dreadfully uncomfortable and there are no power outlets (I had to unplug lamps around the room).

Posizione eccellente purtroppo però troppo rumorosa. La camera e bagno funzionali e comodi, ma estremamente spiacevole avere il balcone condiviso ed essere obbligati a proteggere la propria privacy tenendo la tenda sempre chiusa e la porta finestra ben serrata quando ci si allontana dalla camera.

Egy nagyon lelakott régi hotel . Zajos . Hajnal egyig szólt az épület aljában levo diszkóból a zene . Olyan kicsi a zuhanyzó fülke hogy egyszerűen nem fértem el benne . Nagyon gyenge . A csillagok hulló csillagok . Abszolút nem négy csillagos minőség . Reggeli szűk választék és lehűlt ételek .

Nicht so gut
Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer, Klimaanlage war sehr alt und schwach, müsste ersetzt oder gewartet werden, daher haben wir nicht gut geschlafen. Der Toilettensitz ist so nah an der Wand dass man nur unkomfortabel sitzen kann. Parkplatz in der Garage des Hotels ist 14 Euro extra, das kam uns teuer vor. Ich würde wenn möglich das Paliria Hotel buchen, das ist in allen Belangen besser (grössere Zimmer, günstigere Preise), wir buchen das Lucy nur wenn Paliria voll ist (was sehr oft der Fall ist, also frühzeitig buchen).

awesome location
location of the hotel is awesome, nothing to say about this. around hotel there are many restaurants and cafes. staff are friendly and always smiling. parking lot costs 14 euro per night, which i think is expensive. rooms need to be renewed. pillows need to be changed. except these i can give 3,5 or 4 our of 5.

NIGHTMARE. We had to change rooms 3 times at 2 am because. A/C not working or power not enough to charge our phones and CPAP machine When we left we were soo tired that we left 2 baggage pieces “ unattended “ that were “stolen”

As you may understand, problems of this nature happened, happens and might happen in the future, but the point is how to face each problem and how We act to situations like these. Regarding the matter that you mentioned above, about the missing pieces of luggage, we would like to inform you that our Hotel, has a special private space 100% secure, but in any case this space is not the parking space. Das Lucy ist ein Hotel, bei dem man merkt, dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Ob die Lobby (sehr freundlicher und professioneller Check-In), die Zimmer und Bäder sowie der Frühstücksraum mit langweiligem Standardfrühstück. Alles noch okay, aber nichts Besonderes. Dafür ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis eher ungünstig.

Business Trip Chalkida
Lovely hotel in a great location on the promenade. Limited parking facilities in hotel so you may need to park across the road in another car park. Reception were very pleasant and spoke good English. Breakfast was nice also and is served early so good for people in work, did not try the restaurant although there are many restaurants along the promenade outside as well. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

The evening restaurants downstairs (outside) played music until 2 or 3 in the morning. These are owned by the hotel. This is no longer a Best Western facility. You may want to check this out. The bedspread was very old. Some of the carpet was very old. The staff was great, however.

Het hotel is dringend aan renovatie toe. Oud meubilair, sanitair is nog net acceptabel. Douchekop vol kalk. De warme kant van het ontbijtbuffet, was lauw tot bijna koud.
