“I loved my stay at the VF hotel. There was a mix up when i arrived, but it was quickly fixed with a short call to the owners from the gal working there in the restaurant (who was extremely friendly and helpful). “This place is perfect, and the staff are great! Get a vintage hoteling experience in a clean room with modern touch. The vintage part is the Victorian era wooden floors, doors, and trim, screen door to a shared balcony overlooking the main street in Calistoga, plus carrying your bags up the stairs (no elevator), and sharing the bathroom with other guests (no in-room restroom or shower) -- just like you would have if you were traveling 100 years ago when this hotel was new.
