Quiet Gîte in the South Ardèche

A swimming pool just for you, a splendid garden, the river a 15-minute walk away, beautiful hiking trails : everything you need to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature, just 10 minutes from the village of Les Vans !
The gîte is very comfortable: quality bedding, fully-equipped kitchen, living room with TV, Italian shower, WIFI...
You'll enjoy a magnificent view, ideal for relaxing in the sun or in the shade of the old lime tree on the sun loungers or around a table !
The eco-friendly gîte has been designed with the well-being of its occupants in mind.
Bed linen and household linen are provided, with the exception of towels.
The gîte is 5 minutes from the charming village of Les Vans, with its many restaurants and shops, and, of course, its fabulous Tuesday and Saturday markets.
It's also 2 km from the village of Chambonas, with its magnificent bridge over the Chassesac river, good restaurants and Thursday market.
If you'd like to swim in the river, we've got the best spots for you!
The swimming pool is reserved for you, no one else swims in it. It's surrounded by greenery, with a magnificent view and several sunbathing areas.
The pool is open from May 28 to October 7.
We ask you to clean the studio thoroughly before you leave or to pay €40 for cleaning.

Lovely place in great landscpae

We had a lovely stay in this charming place. Very quiet place, walking distance (ca 20 minutes) to the river, beautiful garden with great view, amazing landscape, very good information by friendly hosts on markets etc. in the area, many terrific hikes possible in the area, nice swimming pool, well-equipped house. The only disadvantage were the mosquitos which made our stays in the open a little stressful.

Une semaines en sur Ardèche

Super séjour dans un cadre idyllique, au calme avec une vue magnifique et dans un jardin superbe avec belle piscine! Joli petit studio joliment agencé sur deux niveaux. Tout était conforme à l'annonce avec un accueil chaleureux de Sébastien par ailleurs très disponible ! Belle situation entre sérénité et découverte des principaux sites touristiques d'Ardèche septentrionale à un peu plus d'une demi heure en voiture. On recommande sans hésitation !

Nous avons apprécié le calme de la nature environnante. L'aménagement des lieux étant pour beaucoup dans le charme de la propriété. De plus, l'accueil par Aurélia était fort sympathique. Les lieux et les prestations sont en phase avec l'annonce. Il est très appréciable de prendre les repas sous le grand tilleul et de pouvoir profiter de la magnifique piscine pour se raffraichir. À l'abri d'un jardin en terrasse, vous voici au milieu des vignes, un magnifique tilleul est là pour vous protéger des rayons du soleil et ainsi profiter d'une sieste. Le matin, le chant des oiseaux vous réveillent en douceur et vous accompagne jusqu'à la tombée de la nuit. Un endroit vraiment ressourçant et reposant. Le studio est idéal pour 2 personnes et très bien équipé. De magnifiques ballades s'offrent à vous. Les amateurs de Géocaching, sont également au paradis. Merci pour cette magnifique location.

Nice location with very friendly hosts

Me and my wife (51, 49) had a really wonderful week in a quiet environment. The quite well equipped apartment is big enough for two persons. The weather was fine, so we always used the possibility to have our breakfast or dinner outside with a perfect view to the hills around Les Vans. We liked the possibility to cool down in the pool which is located on one of the terraces of the huge property. It is a nice place to get calm with many possibilities for activities like walking, canoeing, sightseeing etc. Also many thanks to Aurelia and Christine who gave us a very warm welcome.
