The room we stayed in with the view of the château was beautiful. Very clean and well-maintained. The staff were very nice to us. We ate at the restaurant and the food we thought tasted great, and the service was great.

Experiência maravilhosa de hospedar-se vizinhos ao Chateau Chambord, o maior e mais bonito castelo do Vale do Loire. O hotel fica na beira do Rio Loire, com quartos virados para o rio, onde escutamos o lindo som das águas. Café da manhã muito requintado com a visão do castelo e restaurante com cardápio sofisticado. Hotel elegante que nos deixa uma agradável experiência. Dispõe de estacionamento (pago) e, vamos a pé visitar o chateau. Recomendo!

予約した部屋よりも狭い部屋に案内された
スーペリアダブルルームを予約していましたが、それよりも狭い部屋が用意されていました。しかも、予約の際に大人2人と子供1人（10歳）と伝えていたにも関わらず、なぜかベビーベッドが用意されていました。フロントにこのことを伝えましたが、代わりの部屋は用意されず、ベビーベッドが部屋の外に出されるだけでした。ホテルは綺麗でしたが、がっかりしました。

Um dos melhores hotéis em que já estivemos! Não entendi o motivo de tantas reclamações aqui. Serviço excepcional, todos muito educados e bem treinados, café da manhã maravilhoso, quarto lindíssimo, moderno e bem decorado, ducha maravilhosa! O lugar é lindíssimo, o castelo o mais bonito disparadamente do Loire!!!! Voltarei mais vezes e recomendo muitíssimo!!!!!!

Lage gegenüber vom Schloss ist super ebenso wie die Ausstattung des Hotels. Personal überwiegend sehr nett, aber nicht immer ,vor allem der Service im Restaurant abends war sagen wir mal unaufmerksam.

Séjour mémorable!
Séjour extraordinaire dans ce magnifique hôtel superbement bien situé. Restaurant/terrasse avec vue directement sur le château. Chambre très confortable. Hammam/spa disponible gratuitement pour les clients. Service hors pair. Stationnement payant disponible donc très pratique. Très beau site

Stayed here last year and decided to return this year. Location superb and dinner on the terrace overlooking the Chateau at night is wonderful. No complaints about the staff or the hotel itself. In fact, the staff are lovely. Service can be very slow (and I’m quite a relaxed individual). Also, if you visit the bar, beware the rugs……Overall though, well worth going.

This beautiful hotel nestled in the charming French countryside is 5 minutes from the majestic Charmbord Castle. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our every need and want. The staff was so pleasant and helpful with our travel needs The restaurant on the property is elegant and the food is absolutely delicious! Michelin star rated I would highly recommend this hotel, it’s simple wonderful!🌻🏰🇫🇷
