🏠 Chalet Les Praz
The chalet measures approximately 280 m² with a very large garden, ideal for families. It can accommodate up to 12 people.
Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request.
🌳 OUTDOOR SPACE
The chalet features a large garden, a terrace with a large table, and an outdoor sauna, perfect for enjoying the great outdoors and panoramic mountain views.
🛋️ LIVING SPACE
The living room is located on the ground floor. Warmly decorated, it includes a relaxation area, a fireplace, an open kitchen, and a dining area, with stunning mountain views.
The dining table seats 12 people.
🧑🏽🍳 FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The kitchen has everything you need for comfortable cooking: hob, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, fondue and raclette sets, etc.
☕️ COFFEE
The chalet is equipped with a Nespresso machine, and a few capsules will be provided upon your arrival.
🛏️ BEDROOMS
All linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels).
Bedroom 1: On the ground floor. Has two single beds pushed together, storage space, and an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 2: On the ground floor. Has a double bed, storage space, and a bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Upstairs. Has a double bed and storage space. Bedroom 4: Upstairs. It has two single beds.
Bedroom 5: On level -1. A cinema room with four single beds with 14cm-thick mattresses.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom in the hallway, as well as a separate toilet.
🛁 BATHROOM
The accommodation has four bathrooms. Basic toiletries are provided (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, towels, bath mat).
Bathroom 1: Shower, sink, and toilet.
Bathroom 2: Bathtub, shower, double sinks, and toilet.
Bathroom 3: Bathtub, shower, double sinks.
Bathroom 4: Bathtub, double sinks, and toilet.
The ground floor and upper floors each have a separate toilet.
🎿 SKI/STORAGE AREA
At the main entrance of the chalet, you will find a large area with a bench where you can store your ski gear and bulky items.
🚘 PARKING
You can comfortably park up to 3 to 4 vehicles in front of the property.
🧺 LAUNDRY ROOM
The chalet has a washing machine and dryer, as well as a clothes horse and ironing equipment.
You have full access to the chalet during your stay. The garden is also private.
You can access the chalet on your own. However, we remain available for any questions or calls before and during your stay.
The property is located in a quiet area of Les Praz, close to the center of Chamonix and numerous hiking trails. It is also a short drive from the ski lifts and less than 5 minutes from the center of Chamonix.
You will need to navigate stairs inside the property.
