Located right in the centre of Chamonix, opposite the Gourmet Hotel, 1 minute's walk from Chamonix's historic pedestrian street: Rue du Docteur Paccard. Although the apartment is located in the heart of Chamonix, it is not located near bars or large terraces that can be a nuisance at night time.
You'll have easy access to all the shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets: everything is less than 5 minutes' walk from the flat.

The 80 m2 4-room flat can comfortably accommodate 6 people thanks to its 2 separate bedrooms.
The ground-floor flat is located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a country house.
You will find :
- 2 independent bedrooms (1 with a double bed & 1 with 2 bunk beds)
- 1 Bathroom with separate WC and laundry area (washing machine and tumble dryer)
- A lounge/dining room divided into 2 areas: a lounge area (with flat-screen TV and large sofa) and a dining area with a dining table seating up to 6 people.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with the latest appliances (induction hob, fridge, microwave, espresso machine, oven, dishwasher, etc.).
3/ HOTEL-STYLE COMFORT AND SERVICES
Just like a hotel, but with premium comfort and larger surface areas.
This flat is managed by an agency specialising in flat rental to provide you with personalised services!

We do not accept pets (even small ones).
The flat and the residence are completely non-smoking.

The house uses a self check in system using keyboxes and electronic handles.
