Communication needs work

We were passed off to 3 different people for check-in. No one really wanted to do it. We weren’t given instructions on even where the property was. We found it by going door to door trying keys and doors, which did not make the neighbors happy. Same thing with check out. No instructions and left to go from place to place.The plus to this property is the location. Great spot, close to town center, but if you can find another place with similar location. Go there. This place does the bare minimum and will leave you frustrated.
