## Logement
The studio is composed of a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen area.
It's just a few minutes' walk from the town center and the pedestrian street, where you'll find numerous restaurants and shops. It's also just 2 steps from the Aiguille du Midi cable car and a 15-minute walk from the Brévent gondola to the slopes. The studio has been refurbished and has a BALCONY overlooking the square in Chamonix Sud.

You will have everything at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay: Underfloor heating, Italian shower, fully equipped kitchenette, new dishes, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, Toaster, Microwave, Oven, Fridge. Underground parking is available.

The resort is very appreciated by locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favorites with you! A free bus service will bring you to the foot of the slopes, the bus stop is located 3mn walk from the residence.

For bookings validated before 16 November 2023, linen is not provided but is available at an additional cost. For bookings made after 16 November 2023, linen is included.

A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement
Famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.
