地點超棒的住宿，附廚房、Free Wifi，步行可到巴士站和超市
飯店共有兩棟建築物，我們住在沒有櫃檯的那一棟，因此要詢問櫃檯事情要走一段路過去詢問。房間鰻乾淨的，有小廚房，餐具都很齊全，也有提供床單和浴巾。盥洗用具要自備。連續住宿期間不會打掃，要自己倒垃圾、購買垃圾袋、衛生紙等。地點非常好，就在Chamonix Sud巴士站旁，步行5分鐘有超市。

I blame Hotel.com for ommiting the descrition for this hotel. It's labeled 3 stars but I think a B&B would have better service than this. It's not a hotel. There is no room serveice at all. There are plenty of rules which are not mentioned in the description. You have to make your own bed, including pillows, beds, and quilt cover. It's really a lot of works. And before leave, you have to collect and drop the gabbage outside the hotel. Also to collect all the towels and sheets and drop at the reception. And remember to wash the dishes the night before check out and empty the dish washer. They will blame you if the dish washer is still running. It will take you 20 minutes to wait for them to send someone to the room to check whether you finished your job or not when checking out. So hope you are not catching a train schedule.

I didn't like the fact that check-in starts late at 5 pm, and check-out is early at 10 am. Also, the photos do not correspond to reality. One gets the impression that bunk beds are a separate room...but this is not so and they are located right next to the bathroom...it would be some inconvenience if we rested in 4. In general, our apartments were clean. But there was mold in the bathroom. All these inconveniences were compensated by the distance to the bus station and the wonderful view from the window. The girls at the reception were also very friendly :)

Good place and great value, less than 10 mins to cham centre, plenty of restuarants and bars also nearby, plus a good pizza delivery place next door! All area ski buses stop at / from chamonix sud station which is 100m walk away...

I cannot rate this property highly enough. Fantastic room (216) great views and the staff were super helpful, especially Eva on the front desk. I will definitely be visiting again. Thanks for a fantastic stay. Hope to see you soon.

The staff were so nice and helpful. I got stranded in Annecy and was going to be late for check in but they put my mind at rest and advised on late check-ins provisions. The views are stunning and everything is very close by. Decor is a bit dated but it suits the setting and was more charming than off putting. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Perfect for our needs
We stayed for a week on a snowboarding trip and were extremely happy. Check-in was easy (we did send an email before we arrived giving them our arrival info and we came during regular desk hours). The desk employees were very friendly and one spoke very good English. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. There was a ski locker downstairs so we didn’t have to bring our wet snowboard into the room each night. The bus stop (both for FlixBus from Geneva and the local bus to get around Chamonix was super close, just an around the corner. You can get to the ski mountains pretty easily this way, about 10 minutes to Brevent and up to 30 minutes for Grand Montets, Le Houche, etc. Restaurants and shops in the downtown area are a super close walk, and Aiguille du Midi is super close as well We rented a car for one night to go on a day trip and it was easy to add parking for that night and there was a secured garage. Would definitely stay again if I go back to Chamonix.

Absolutely zero amenities, no coffee, hard beds, no check in until 4:00 pm. They require a €200.00 deposit as well! It was also a super noisy area with noise all through the night! I did not enjoy this place!

Very convenient
The only downside to this property is that except for Saturdays the reception is closed between 12 and 4 so if you are arriving during this time just wait somewhere until 4pm. Super convenient if you don't have a car as the main bus station and the Aiguille du Midi train station are right there. Friendly and helpful staff. The free local shuttle stops right outside. On the river with a pretty walking path .. walk to everything i ended up staying 3 weeks here... cute self contained apartment with laundry options close by. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel is in a great location . Big rooms and functional . I was initially cold but the reception staff were very helpful by supplying a heater! It was great waking up to see the snow! I would recommend highly !

I am very happy I found this place. It was late in the ski season but I feel I was still lucky. The staff is very friendly, the place is very conveniently located close to the buses that arrive / leave to Geneve and Courmayeur, so getting in and out of there was super easy. It is close to a couple bars and it hace a nice convenience store close by. I definitely would go back. Oh! and the prices were also very good.

Très bon séjour à Chamonix. Résidence très bien située, près du centre ville et de l'Aiguille du Midi, et commerces à proximité. Tres bon accueil, appartement très propre, quoique un peu vintage. Parking payant, mais tout proche, surveillé et pratique. Une très bonne adresse que l'on peut recommander sans hésitation.

Excellente localisation, très satisfaisant.
Nous étions 3 (1 adulte + 2 ados). Studio capacité 4 personnes. Les lits superposés sont dans ce qui pourrait être qualifié de "couloir d'entrée" menant à la pièce centrale du studio. Ce "couloir" peut être isolé de la pièce principale par une porte. Le lit double est encastré dans un placard. Une fois ouvert, il prend beaucoup de place mais on peut bien sûr le refermer tous les matins moyennant un peu de manutention ... Il y a un balcon très bien orienté avec vue sur la vallée (côté opposé au Mont Blanc), donc vers la rivière. Une petite table et 2 chaises sur le balcon. Pour le ski, il me semble qu'il manque de place pour faire sécher les combinaisons. Il y a un peu de placards mais pas assez pour ranger plusieurs valises. Très bien pour la propreté. Parking souterrain mais il était plein. Il faut se garer au parking public d'entrée de ville. Devant la résidence, il y a des places de stationnement en zone bleue (1h maximum). Situation parfaite pour bénéficier de toutes les commodités du centre ville, à pied. Supermarché à proximité.
