Newly built residence Les Balcons Etoilés, with lift, is located in the traditional village of Champagny-en-vanoise, close to Parc de la Vanoise. The residence lies in a unique location in the French Alps : 100 meters from the shops and the heart of the village and only 20 meters from the gondola lift and ski school. Made of 2 large chalets, the residence is South-West facing. Surface area : about 39 m². 8th floor. Orientation : East, South-East, South. Hall with washing machine.
