「We were in town to visit relatives and needed some spare bedrooms and bathrooms so this house fit the need. Only disappointment was the outside grounds seemed unkept (grass was tall, full garbage collection bins left in driveway interfering with being able to park our cars. We managed but it would have been nice」

「This unit is not for older people or children because of the steep staircase.The beds should be upgraded as they are not comfortable for sleeping.Amanda is helpful and answered all questions fairly quickly.This is a good unit for people who are attending games at the university or such events.I would definitely stay again as it suited our needs perfectly.」

「Very nice and clean. Kitchen fully equipped. Nice bedrooms. Only draw back NO televisions are in the bedrooms. I am a tv addict I have to have a tv in my bedroom. If tv’s were in the bedrooms this would be a 10++ rating. But seriously other than that everything is as exactly as stated in advertising and in person. I have an event in Champaign in July I am seriously considering renting this one again but again seriously the tv issue would be the only thing that would stop me.」
