Das Hotel war ordentlich bis gut, das Restaurant war nicht gut. Sie hatten eine Speisekarte und als wir bestellten, sagte man, habe die gewünschte Speise nicht. Man könnte das auch sagen, wenn man die Karte abgibt.

Nach unseren Informationen sind Sie zu uns gekommen, um sich zu erkundigen, und wollten Rinderfilet essen. Unser Team teilte Ihnen dann mit, dass wir kein Rinderfilet mehr hätten und stattdessen Entrecôte anbieten würden. Der Rest des Menüs gefiel Ihnen nicht. Sie haben sich daraufhin entschieden, nicht im Restaurant zu essen. Wir stehen Ihnen weiterhin zur Verfügung und wünschen Ihnen einen angenehmen Tag.

Accueil très sympathique, lieu agréable, y compris le spa. Les heures d'ouverture du spa sont un peu limite pour ceux qui n'y passent qu'une nuit.

Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire et prenons bonne note de votre remarque. Le spa est ouvert de 10 à 19h. Il est tout à fait possible de vous rendre au spa le jour de votre départ et d'en profiter gratuitement jusquà 14h. Nous vous donnons volontiers un casier se trouvant dans le vestiaire réservé aux externes, cela vous permet de profiter de notre espace weelness et de repartir tout propre de chez nous. Enfin, le check-in étant à 15h vous pouvez en profiter dès 15h00 le jour de votre arrivée. A bientôt!

Cute hotel
Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. Hotel is very cute and rooms are of good sizes. Tea and cakes in the afternoon, and tea/coffee in the evening are well appreciated. A nice lounge area, and game rooms (one with PS2, and one for smaller children) are also great additions to the hotel. Wifi was usable but unreliable at times. Locker room right downstairs (can use lift) and the free train shuttle to the gondola stops right outside the hotel. Hotel is about 7 minutes walking distance to the gondola. Many restaurants very near by. Bathrooms are quite dated though and too simple. Breakfast was pretty good.

The system though is asking to customers to reconnect every 2 days for security reasons. Depending the devices you use it will show or not, so maybe this is what you experienced ;) Have a great day !

Charming
We were there for a week long ski holiday. The rooms and furniture are a bit dated, and stairs creaky, as one would expect from an over 100 year old building. The showers were also not great. However beds, sheets and towels were fresh, clean and soft. Wifi and hot water always available. Every member of the staff was super friendly and helpful, there was a real sense of pride in good service. Special thanks to Arnaud for his brilliant suggestions on the days we couldn't ski. Things to look out for: it is a steep walk up from the train & gondola station, so take the little green train if carrying heavy equipment (it's free, and circles the village every 20 or 30min). Hotel Reception is closed between 1200-1500 hours, and again at night (between 2100-0700 I think?), but there is a bell & a phone in case one needs anything. Views are great, but rooms are not soundproof. You will hear people going up & down the stairs. Breakfast fare is good (the bread & cheese options were excellent), and hot meals can be ordered. Afternoon Tea cakes were brilliant, I regret only going once the entire time. Try not to miss those. Overall, a charming and friendly place to stay.

Regarding the shower, we still have only a few bathroom left to renovate. Très bel hôtel familial, accueil parfait, tres belle chambre, petit déjeuner extra. La seule chose qui pourrait manquer c'est une petite piscine intérieure ou jacuzzi, Je recommande vivement !

Nous sommes actuellement en train de travailler à la construction d'un wellness dans l'établissement, si les délais sont tenus la fin des travaux est prévue pour décembre 2020. Nous disposons aussi déjà à l'heure actuelle d'un jacuzzi et de 2 baignoires balnéo qui sont privatifs. Ils font partie de nos chambres Lifestyle. Très joli établissement bien placé. Chambre et lieux communs très bien décorés, propres, chaleureux. Chez eux, on se sent bien. Propriétaires et personnel très sympathiques, bienveillants, à l'écoute du client. Ces qualités s'appliquent également au restaurant attenant. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et retournerons avec grand plaisir dans ces lieux.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, wonderful view in a beautiful corner of Switzerland. Our son forgot his toy animal, the reception actually sent it to us in the mail afterwards. We enjoyed it so much that we came back a few weeks later for another night. Very good breakfast also.

Alps - Great find
Fantastic place to stay in every way. Wonderful owners and staff who helped with everything from lending an extra charger, having a room to store a mountain bike (or ski's in winter), to a fantastic breakfast (oh yes, top notch). The restaurant next door (which is by the same owners) made our favorite fondue of the entire trip. Easily accessible to restaurants, the tram, amazing staff, and incredibly comfortable rooms made this a top rate experience. Not sure how it classifies as a 3 star hotel as it is easily 4 star plus in every way.

decent but underpar in comparison
Overall not a bad place at all, but in comparison within the 8 hotels I've staying in Switzerland, gets the lowest score. My room had a sweaty smell, it's an old building. Room bit small which is normal here. Beaware if you plan to walk from the train station to the hotel like I did, it's all the way steep uphill. Alright for staying, but not my top choice.

We are a Boutique Hotel, which means each room is different, and we have lots of categories, sizes, features, depending on the choice you make when you book the room. We understand you probably mistook room category when you booked. Your next stay will be much better for you if you contact us before booking to make sure what you plan to book is what you need. Traditional Swiss hotel in the village
A lovely hotel in a pretty village. We were there for the hiking and whilst Champery is known for skiing, it is also good for summer walking.

Just wonderful!
We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Owners are very nice, friendly and welcoming. They serve home made cakes and tea every day in the afternoon for free (from 4 to 6 pm), so nice treat! B-fast was included in our rate and it was really nice too, plenty of fresh choise. Our room was very cosy and clean (we also had a balcony overlooking town and mountains in the distance). There is wifi for free in rooms as well. If you want to ski, it is very close to a cable car taking you up the mountain (you can walk max 5 min downhill or take a shuttle that stops directly in front of the hotel). Restaurants are within a short walk (the hotel has also a nice restaurant). I hope we will come back there one day. We would definitely recommend it.

Great job handling a mistake
Unfortunately, there was an error in the reservation process, and the Art Boutique was not able to fulfill our reservation. However, before they contacted us to let us know about the error, they found us a new, comparable hotel of the same class, and reserved it for us. They then sent us a note to explain the error, new accommodations, and were available to help in any way. The new hotel was terrific, and Art Boutique followed up to make sure that the stay was pleasant, inviting us back next time. I was pleased with the way that they took care of the mistake, and would visit them next time. The location and condition of the hotel were great.
