Champions Gate is a wonderful and complete resort! The community sits only 15 minutes from Disney World, with extremely easy access to I-4. One of the best Orlando area vacation condos by far!
You will find inside the complex all the services that you may need as grocery shops, restaurants from breakfast to dinner, banks, gas stations, and a lot more for your convenience.
There are so many amenities for your entertainment as a beach style pool with water slides, sand volleyball courts, cabanas, and a tiki bar. The clubhouse has two full bars, a full arcade, and plenty of outdoor seating to soak up the beautiful weather. You will always have something to do in this amazing resort!

* Pool Heat / SPA: rental for $35/day + taxes, must be for your entire stay. When applicable, it needs to be requested at least 5 days before the check-in date. Keep in mind this is not a jacuzzi or hot tub, it is a spa with no independent temperature control, so the temperature of the pool and the spa will be the same. Please note we take no responsibility if any problems occur with the pool heating system.

* Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash bench located by the front door. Do not move the bench to the curb.

* Please, contact our office for package delivery information.

* Parties and pets are not allowed on this property! Penalties for violated our policy may apply.

* Check-In Time: 4:00 PM (Arrival time from 4PM).

We have been to Florida many times and stayed with family. This was the first time we rented a house. This house was perfect for my family of 5. Each kid got their own room and bathroom. Great distance to Universal and Disney parks. Close grocery shopping. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Ideal family holidays house
We found the perfect family house for vacation in Orlando: spacious and convenient, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. We were a family of 11 people, so indoor and outdoor spaces were fantastic, perfect for enjoying the pool and relaxing in the hot tub after long days at the parks. We didn't need to heat the water because the Orlando weather kept it perfect. The host provided instructions that made accessing the condo easy, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The location was ideal for visiting Disney parks and other attractions.

The home was perfect for our family of 13! We did not feel crowded at all. It was perfect as each room was the perfect size along with bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room while our husbands enjoyed the grill. The community pool was perfect for the family. I will be visiting again.

Overall a great stay
I’ll start off by saying the house is beautiful and very clean. We didn’t spend too much time at the house but the time we were there we thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool was clean and very warm. We paid to have the pool heated and it was worth it, especially for night swims. We did not use the grill or the recreational room, but everything seemed ti be in place and taken care of. My only minor complaint would be there was only one trash bag for our entire stay. We filled it up on our first night. I reached out to host and was told they only provide a starter kit once, which includes garbage bag and paper towels. I have never stayed at a rental property where extra garbage bags were not available to us. If I had known only one bag would be provided I would have packed a few extra in my suitcase. But we made it work. Also, there were no extra pool towels provided. We had to use the bath towels which was fine since there were some extras in the unoccupied rooms. But had we had a full house, this would have probably been an issue. You can wash and dry the towels after use I suppose. Other than those very minor issues, I would say our stay was great and check in process went smoothly.

Great House
Our stay was so great! Fulfilled all of our needs. Location to the Oasis Clubhouse is great! Nice and close and within a short walking distance. There were not blankets on the beds so we were all a little chilly. The fan in fridge broke down but that was fixed by the next morning. Everyone is wonderful and super easy to work with. You will not be disappointed in this home.

1st Family Vacation
I would like to start out by saying the place is genuinely very nice and I would stay there again with no hesitation. The place is in a fantastic location and Champions gate is a fantastic community with many amenities. With that said, I would hope that the owner would take care of a few issues with the house. The Window shades in the downstairs bedroom are not working. The door handle to the rear sliding door was broken and does not open easily. The 2 can openers in the kitchen do not work. The gas grill needs repair or replacement. These are all little things that I would hope the owner would address before a new renter. On another note, we had trouble with the fridge losing its ability to cool causing thawing of freezer items and water all over the floor. It took 1/2 a day to get a response and for someone to finally address the many calls we made and ruined 1/2 a day of vacation to wait for the repairman. Besides the very addressable items listed above the place is fantastic for a family vacation.

The home and pool are wonderful. It was very easy to communicate with the property manager and everything was as promised. The only hang up was with the gated entry to the neighborhood. We were provided a fast pass QR code and it worked great. However, on the 2nd night of our stay (the night before Thanksgiving) there were so many people trying to access the neighborhood that we had to wait almost 2 hours to even get to the gate. Traffic was backed up on US Hwy 27 2-3 lanes deep. Why the neighborhood/security staff couldn't get folks through the gate faster or have credentials out ahead of time was frustrating. Can't imagine how bad it must be during spring break. Property was great, clean, spacious with all the amenities. Again, to no fault of the management team of this particular property, but the entry gate situation on busy evenings is a nightmare.

The bedding on Master bedroom had stains on mattress pad, we weren’t able to use pool or hot tub they both were dirty it looked to be green algae this was very disappointing the kids were really looking forward to getting in pool. There may have been one or two minor cosmetic issues

Perfect for large group
This house was great. We had 10 people and it fit us all with ease. It was great to have our own pool and then also use of the resort pool. Our kids enjoyed both. It was great also to have the theater area and the gaming area for the kids. There was only 1 towel per person but that wasn’t a big deal as we washed the towels. Overall great stay, we have great memories and I would stay again.
