「Our family had an amazing time at the lake house. We enjoyed fishing and being outside with an evening fire.Owners are amazing and responsive when we notified them of a possible leak. They were willing to wait until our stay was over to eliminate ruining our time. We couldn’t allow that to happen as we wouldn’t want it to happen to our home. They brought out a company to clean up the carpets and took care of every thing. We still had an amazing time and our family is already looking for a week...

「Perfect getaway at the lake! Loved the location and everything you could need was provided. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.」

「The house was beautiful in a quiet location. The only thing is read closely and don’t sssume an error in the description. While “technically” there are 2 bathrooms, it’s a little different. There is a half bath that connects to Master & hallway and it contains the only toilet. There is another bathroom in the master but it only has a shower, vanity and sink. So the entire house only has 1 toilet and 1 shower. You’ll have to go into the master bedroom to get to the shower. Also the “4th” bedroom...

「Perfect set up. The bunk rooms are in the attached “boathouse”. Boys loved having “their own house”. Fire pit is on a cement patio, which was very nice. Gas grill was great. Huge back porch, two docks to fish and overall very nice house in a great neighborhood only 5 min from the grocery store. Loft stairs are steep so watch your step. Huge grassy area to play and very friendly people in the community. 」

The view from the back porch was breathtaking and the perfect place for morning coffee. Host Bonnie was fantastic and responded immediately to any questions we had. We can’t wait to stay again!」

「Wanted to tey a tiny home for a few days and this was perfect. Very quiet. We didn't have time to explore in nature as we had busy schedule. Would absolutely stay here. Brought a laptop to watch a little tv late nights. We learned a few lessons on what we might want from a tiny house and had a great time doing it. Communication was great. 」

「Our families 6th time back at Pelican Point so that pretty much sums it up. We visited another property last year, just for something different and everyone in our group said they wanted to go back. When we got there this time my son said “the place last year was fun, but this place is fun and it feels like home! We love it so much!」

「Super easy place to stay when dropping off kids or picking up kids for Pine Cove or Sky Ranch.We ate at The Forge in Ben Wheeler which is a really nice 15 minute country drive away with food that will rival any Dallas restaurant with a similar menu.」
