"If you have a chance to stay here, absolutely do it! Inside, it's like a dream . A small, charming chateau, 5 rooms only, with a modern Spa, and a fantastic haute cuisine restaurant. It strikes a great balance between modern, well renovated style and amenities, and preserving it's heritage. Breakfast in the courtyard is small, but good. Asian veg wraps with soy dipping sauce followed by poussin with rice and ... soy dipping sauce. Then really murky pud: some kind of stodgy cake. Not good. Nobody ate it. Nice ice cream. Delicious bottle of Bordeaux at good price. "

"Ma fille et moi-même venons de passer une nuit dans ce fabuleux hôtel. Le cadre est splendide, très somptueux et bien décoré aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Le jardin est magnifique et la piscine un plus bien appréciable en ces jours de canicule. Notre chambre était parfaite. Le personnel accueillant, agréable et à l'écoute (à l'accueil comme au service). Le gérant a également passé du temps pour discuter avec nous de la ville et alentours. Merci encore de nous avoir consacrer du temps en fin de service. Le petit déjeuner un délice, varié en salé et sucré, et copieux. Une adresse que je garde pour une prochaine halte ! "I loved the place but there was nobody there when it was time to check in. I was sent instructions in French and I don't speak French. Thank goodness another guest was leaving and although they spoke French they took me to my room and showed me how to get in. I loved the place though and it was a great deal for the price. I'd definitely stay there again."

"Helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was average quality; tea bags kept at reception so you had to ask for them but I guess people had been taking them! Restaurant was good - majority of diners seem to be single people probably on business trips. Room was very small but also quiet. No lift so might be unsuitable for clients who have mobility issues. Strange that there is a notice in the room about paying for any glasses you might steal! Maybe reflects a poor experience on their part!"

"Easy to find, good safe parking. Check in was easy, helpful chap. The room was ok but you couldn’t swing a cat 🐈 in it 😂 Quite small to say the least but it was ok. Breakfast was great, in fact out of 4 hotels the best so far. "
