環境靚，望日內瓦湖，附近有葡萄園， 可惜房間的WIFI 訊號極弱，大部分時間收不到。（近Reception才有訊號）

Promised so much but delivered so little
I was looking forward to stay in this hotel so much.I even choose it to be the place to celebrate our anniversay. Yes, the view from the terrace is stunning. It is on the top of the hill and you have a great view of the Alps and Lake Geneva. In this location also meant it is far from the City. To reach the hotel, you have to take a bus from Vevey station, then change to a funicular, followed by a 500 meters walk to the hotel. Walking toward the hotel is OK, but walking back uphill back to the funicular can be a challenge. I don;t know if the hotel is short staffed, Staffs are difficult to locate in this hotel. when we reach the hotel with our luggage after the walk, no one in the doorway to greet us, no one help with our bags. In the vast terrace there are nobody there to help you. No one answer the telephone. it seems no one care to serve you. The woman check us in has an attitude of a headmistress. She is condescending . She said we will be so thankful to have an upgrade, And we wil be surprised at their gift, which is a 3 inches cake with suger powder. She offer us Spa vouchers which we did not use. We said we do not drink and they stock beers in the refigator. The hotel seems offer what they see fit for your special day, not really want to consider what you want. The hotel rate does not include breakfasts.

入住体验非常棒，前台接待会说中文，虽然我会英语，但还是直接与我们用中文沟通，checkin手续办完后，还亲自带领我们去房间并且介绍客房设施等。房间的景色就不用多说啦，呆个几天都不嫌多。早餐也很棒。总之是非常完美的经历，下次有机会还会再去。交通的话最方便是自驾，如果是做火车去沃韦，下车后需要走15分钟到上山小火车车站，坐到山顶即可。如果行李较重，可以建议酒店安排收费车辆接送，非常方便。

Ungenügend für 5 Sterne
Obwohl ich ein Zimmer in der 1. Etage gebucht hatte, und erwähnte, dass ich kein Fahrstuhl benutzen kann, bekamen wir eines im 4 Untergeschoss. Es wurde auch nicht darauf hingewiesen. Zudem ist der zuständige sofort mit uns an den Fahrstuhl gelaufen um uns ins Zimmer zu führen. Auch konnten wir erst um 15:30 das Zimmer beziehen statt um 15:00 Uhr.

Is this heaven?
We stopped here on our way to Italy from Paris. Of the 6 different cities we visited, this was my husband and son's favorite. The view is just breathtaking from all areas of the hotel. The staff was very polite and professional. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. The room was very nice and roomy and had a large balcony. We went into town (very easy to get around) and we literally were asking ourselves if we were in heaven. It's hard to describe; it was the epitome of relaxation. There were people all along the shore visiting, swimming, walking, but it wasn't crowded or loud. There were a lot of little places to get coffee or ice cream or a bite to eat. We walked a long way around the shore. We definitely want to come back and explore more of Switzerland!

séjour très sympathique dans son ensemble avec quelques petits couacs surprenants dans un hôtel de ce standing tels que la nécessité de devoir appeler 3x pour faire arrêter la clim, le bruit du karcher juste à côté de la terrasse du petit déjeuner, un vrai labyrinthe d'ailleurs pour arriver à cet endroit, la carte magnétique quui ne permet plus d'ouvrir la porte de la chambre et le téléphone dans le couloir qui ne marche pas non plus pour appeler la réception ...

Exceptional in every way from amenities, location, view and cleanliness. The housekeeping and turndown service was the best we’ve ever experienced. With a deep clean everyday. If you’re considering this place, don’t hesitate! We stayed here along with two other hotels for a road trip across Switzerland and honestly wished we stayed here the full trip. Nothing compared. Keep it up and well done to everyone that works there that keeps it so exceptional. The staff all say hi and are really considerate with their guests. Book and enjoy!

Wife and I went to celebrate our 10y anniversary. Amazing views from every corner of the property. We truly had a wonderful time! Very friendly and hospitable staff. Fondue at the Gondola is a must! Pool and spa is very well maintained, and the views from the pool are breathtaking. Will defn go back and do recommend to all.

Séjour de 4 nuités début février où l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel ont été irréprochables. Chambre spacieuse, grand lit, confort et propreté au RDV. 1 diner au restaurant Le Patio offrant une qualité et une originalité efficaces malgré la réouverture lors d notre semaine. The hotel were very accommodating. They upgraded our room to a Junior suite. And we had a bottle of red wine (Grenache) from their vineyard on the house. Which was a very good wine. Also by chance the pool and spa was closed for maintenance on the days we were there. However they were very nice and let me use the sauna and steam room in the private spa that couples can book.
