Spring break 2025

Spent the week here with two of our adult children - one of whom was as on Med school spring break. All of the amenities are modern and well taken care of. Tucked away next to the Cougar Point golf course offered such a relaxing environment! Definitely would like to return again soon!

Wonderful Kiawah stay!

It was our first time in Kiawah and it won't be our last! The home is in excellent condition, plenty of space to spread out and enjoy both indoors and outdoors. Communication with the property managers was always quick and detailed. We would come back here again in a heartbeat!!

Relaxing, fun, family vacation

Great location for a relaxing family vacation. The property managers were responsive and friendly and the house was perfect for our family…well equipped, close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and our boys loved the pool table. We loved how close this house was to the start/finish line of the race, and that it was on the course. The house was as advertised, clean, and perfect for what we were there for. Communication with the property management group was great and we had no hiccups or issues with our stay.

Thanksgiving Break in Kiawah

Our family of six enjoyed a relaxing Thanksgiving break at 17 Greensward. The home afforded plenty of space to hang out, play pool in the loft, grill on the large deck and enjoy evening meals and games in the dining room. It is always nice to head south for the Thanksgiving break and explore new areas of Kiawah Island. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home on the Cougar Point golf course and will be back in years to come!

We had a wonderful stay at this home, located near grocery stores, shopping, and the beach. Sipping coffee on the deck each morning, watching golfers navigate the 3rd hole of Cougar Point was a treat. The house is exceptional: a well-equipped kitchen with ample cookware, utensils, and a great coffee maker; comfortable bedrooms; updated bathrooms; generous closet space; and a relaxing living room. The outdoor grill worked flawlessly for barbecues. Kiawah Island feels like a lush, Hawaiian paradise. Ideal for golfers playing Kiawah’s courses, we’d absolutely stay here again.

Excellence at Kiawah

Our stay was everything we wanted and then some. The home upon entry was immaculate. The community was beautiful with many local, nice attractions. The local beach was very clean and a good place to take children. The people who I communicated with about the home were very responsive and pleasant to work with. The vacation to Kiawah Island was amazing, the home we stayed in made it even more perfect.

Great House with a Relaxing View

House is very nice and clean, tastefully decorated, with a well stocked kitchen. Outdoor space was nice. Our daughter ended up with pneumonia while we were there, so we spent a lot more time in the house than we normally would've. Really enjoyed the pool table and watching the golfers from the deck. I hope it stays listed because we would definitely rent again and try to visit Kiawah a few times a year.

Fabulous house in the perfect location

Family gathering for a memorial and vacation. This house was perfect. 3 bedrooms, 3 bath. Pool table, screened in porch. Close to the first gate so close to Freshfields and Night Heron Park. Had bicycles delivered. Hosts were great. We have already talked about coming back next year ❤️

Great property but lots of fees

This is a very clean, well cared for property. Very comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The hosts were very informative and kept in great communication. The house has a screened porch which we enjoyed. Our stay was very pleasant. The only thing that surprised me was the plethora of extra service charges that actually doubled the price of the rental. Also, because we were not registered guests of Kiawah Island Resort, there were limitations on the amenities and dining facilities we could use. However, we enjoyed the golf and the beach and especially the oyster roast at Mingo Point. We have been going to Kiawah for about thirty years, initially as homeowners but now as renters. Definitely renting through VRBO eliminated some of the hassle of dealing with the main registration. We liked being able to go straight to the property. Thank you for a lovely stay.
