This apartment is located in a historic building that was completed in 1853 -seven years before Abraham Lincoln became president! Recent renovations include all new furniture and modern updated galley kitchen. Located blocks from Charlestons best restaurants, shopping & Charleston harbor. Rooms are huge with tall ceilings and antique fireplaces. Enjoy the large covered piazzas (porches) as the horse carriages pass by.

Excellent location and hosts

Paul and Anne were great hosts, and the property is charming, extremely clean and well maintained. The location is great. A quick to the Quarter but far enough outside of it to have quiet.

We stayed here for a long weekend while enjoying the area and moving our daughter into the dorm. Fantastic location, and easy to walk to coffee, shops, restaurant, CofC campus. Paul was easy to communicate with. Classic Charleston house. We would stay again!

July Fourth Weekend Visit

We had a wonderful stay.The hosts were very friendly. They answered all of our questions. Loved the private parking. Close to walking distance to King Street and the Marketplace. We will definitely stay here again.

It's a gem! Perfect location, updated interior with great style

Amazing stay

Can't say enough good things about this place. The location was fantastic- close walk to great coffee place and walkable to all of downtown Charleston. Appreciate the recommendations that the host provided and loved the cute porch.

Great Location. Great Hosts.

Once you park your car, there's no need for it until departure. The location is perfect for walking to area restaurants, shops and attractions. Paul and Anna are very friendly and willing to help with anything needed.

This house is in a great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Paul was a great host, he was very accommodating. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. I would stay here again.

Perfect Location for Charleston Sights

Property is located just a short 7 minute walk to King Street restaurants and shops. Parking on sight and no need for your car. Everything is within walking distance.

What an incredible, historical and charming home! This beautiful house was in a perfect location where we could easily walk the town. Paul was a great host and greeted us upon arrival and was gracious and accommodating in every way! We loved our stay here!

We had planned for a very chill trip to Charleston, walking everywhere, eating good food and slowing down. This place was perfect! Accessible to all we wanted to see, very cozy beds where we slept in and read, easy hosts to communicate with and kind all around. I'd highly recommend!

Great for our weekend in Charleston

We had a great stay at Paul's place. The beds were super comfy and we had plenty of room to spread out. The apartment was quiet and had everything we could need. Best yet, we didn't need a car and could easily walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Great place to stay in Charleston

This is a beautiful place to stay. So much is within walking distance. Paul and Anna were very welcoming and gave us a list of suggestions for restaurants, stores and transportation, which was very helpful. This was our first visit to Charleston, and this apartment was perfect for us.

We had the most amazing time at this property. It is just a short walk to coffee shops, king st. and tons of cute scenery. The place was beautiful and clean, and even larger than it looked in the pictures! Our host, Paul, was extremely kind and attentive. I will most definitely stay here again if I get the chance!!
