Location, location, location! This home is located in desirable Mt. Pleasant 5 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from downtown Charleston. Shops, restaurants, grocery store, and Target less are than a mile away. The county park is 10 minutes away with a great water park for the kids, biking on shaded trails, and fishing. We are also 15 minutes away from Shipyard Park for those coming to town for baseball tournaments.
The house is well furnished for up to six guests with one king, one queen, and two twin beds. The kitchen and bathrooms have recently been updated. In the evenings enjoy winding down on the screened in back porch. The house is perfect for a family vacation or a quick getaway at an affordable rate. Did I mention the location? You may also rent for extended periods at a discounted monthly rate.

This house is bigger than it appears in photos. The family room has vaulted ceilings, a large sectional, and 2 swivel rockers. Each bedroom has a good size closet and plenty of space in the room. We slept great. The location is great close to IOP, the bridge to go downtown, and not in the middle of the Mt. Pleasant traffic. The renter is very attentive and accommodating. We will book this home again.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location with retail and dining around the corner and the beach less than a 10 minute drive. 25 minutes to downtown. Our family was visiting for a wedding and had a great stay. Beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels are provided - it was excellent!

Perfect for Family of Four!

This property met and exceeded our needs on our 2 week visit. We were particularly impressed with cleanliness and communication. Very nice neighborhood, great screened porch, and a well-stocked kitchen. Convenient to Isle of Palms, shopping, and restaurants. Beach supplies were an added bonus. Loved the privacy of the backyard.
