You can access all of Charleston incredibly easily- 1 mile to the downtown peninsula, 2 miles to Charles Towne Landing, 10 miles to Folly or Sullivan’s Island beaches, near to Hwy 17 leading easily to the Ravenel bridge over to Mt Pleasant, Shem Creek, and Isle of Palms. Sit on the front porch for coffee, host a low country boil on the back porch, play corn hole in the back yard, enjoy a fire in the backyard fire pit, watch sporting events or your favorite shows in bed or on the 65 inch TV in the open concept living area.
