Great Property in a Great Area

Everything about our stay was great. The property is spacious and a great layout. Everything was clean, the owner was very responsive any time we contacted her. The location is nice and quiet and only 10 minutes from downtown Charleston. We were there for a short stay and are looking forward to returning during the summer for a longer visit.

Cozy and clean in Charleston.

My wife, son, DIL and their 4 year old retriever spent 3 enjoyable days in Charleston. The property was cozy, clean and very well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Just as good as being at home which is a big+ when travelling. Our Host (Lauren) was responsive and helpful and even provided us with a list of favorite restaurants and local attractions. She was very pleasant to work with. Easy drive to all the local attractions and eateries. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Charleston.

Stop Browsing - Start Booking

Where to begin? First, Lauren's well-appointed home is located in a prime location for walking to Charleston's downtown -- so convenient and safe. In the home, every detail was carefully curated, from the bedding, plush towels, and cozy living room to the front and back porch sitting areas. Comfortable and modern, I felt like I was staying in a friend's home rather than somewhere furnished with leftover decor. The spacious layout of this 2 bed / 2 bath home is absolutely ideal for couples or families. It provides generous separation between the bedrooms so that guests aren't tripping over each other, and each bathroom is adjacent to a bedroom, which makes it even more convenient when you're in the living room and don't need to go into a bedroom to find a bathroom. Or if you have someone sleeping on the couch! The amenities were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook up a delicious meal, including coffee, tea, and common kitchen staples that you'd otherwise have to purchase. Lauren provided an abundance of shampoo, lotion, etc. -- higher-end products that we actually already use. Talk about a home away from home! Lauren's communication and flexibility were outstanding. Highly responsive and knowledgeable about the area, she even allowed us to drop off our bags early when our travel schedule changed. We will be back to Charleston and will keep our fingers crossed that this property is available when we do. Book it now!
