Experience gracious Southern living in our spacious 8 BR home, divided into four beautifully designed 2 BR units. Each unit has been thoughtfully decorated to reflect a specific Southern cocktail and features sweeping verandas for al fresco cocktails and dining, beautiful natural light, fully equipped kitchen areas, flat screen TVs with Roku TV access throughout the home. Guests also have access to an off-site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston.

Great location to Kings Street in Charleston!

The property was good for our large family - we rented 4 units that accommodated 16 family members. The TV and WiFi connections were not great. The management was not great about providing extra toilet paper and trash bags, but otherwise it was a lovely place.

Great time - great place to stay!

The Elm House exceeded our expectations. The house itself was conveniently located, the rooms were spacious, and overall the house was in good condition. We were able to comfortably fit a group of 15. The management team was great - they were attentive to the questions we had during our stay and checked in throughout our stay to ensure we were having a good time. The check-in/check-out process was seamless, and we received our deposit in a timely manner. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to larger groups staying in the Charleston area.

Large Group at The Elm

Stay Duvet was a wonderful host. We had a large group of people staying at two of their properties, one of which was The Elm House. Both properties were wonderful, and Stay Duvet worked with me to let us get early access since some of us landed early. I would strongly recommend staying at any of their properties, and plan on being a repeat customer.

Beautiful house, perfect location

The house was absolutely perfect for a bachelorette weekend. The multiple units were a unique way to keep everyone close, but also helpful when some girls wanted to do their own thing. The house is extremely close to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, etc. and king street and all if it’s attractions are within a walkable distance. StayDuvet was also very responsive the whole weekend. Would definitely recommend!

Charleston Style Great Home

We stayed at Fanta Sea over the long week-end with a large group. It is a great home located in walking distance of many restaurants and amenities located in downtown Charleston. The spacious four units in the home allow a large group to share the same house and also have a getaway into their private 2 bedroom unit with a full living area, bath and kitchen. All of the units open to a lovely section of the porch and we enjoyed the outside seating for cocktails and fun. The staff was accommodating and made certain we had everything we needed during our stay. Parking is essential in Charleston and the on site parking behind the house was a great asset. We look forward to returning to Fanta Sea. It was a fabulous way to spend the week-end in one of favorite places.

Great house, wonderful condition and location

Had a great stay at the FantaSea house with 11 guys. Very roomy accommodations. Able to to fit everyone in the downstairs living room. Consists of 4 separate 2 bedroom apartments within 1 house with a couple sofa beds. Within walking distance to all of the good bars/restaurants on king street. Would highly recommend this for a big group. Apparently you can also stay as smaller groups in the separate apartments.

Great house, great location

A large group stayed for a weekend occupying all four apartments in the main house. Everything was clean, well put together and well apportioned. We had a great time and will certainly consider returning the next time any of us are in Charleston.
