    Step onto your private boardwalk and enjoy direct beach access in minutes, or relax on the very large screened porch (the guest favorite) with sweeping dune and ocean views--perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply listening to the waves.

    Inside, the cottage features 3 bedrooms (king, queen, 2 doubles) and 2 full bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower - ideal for rinsing off after a day on the beach. The home comfortably accommodates families or small groups seeking an authentic, relaxing coastal experience.

From the start communication was great, everything there was exactly as it was described. The house was very clean and so organized. When we return this will be the only house that we will choose. We had zero issues with anything. This by far was one of the best vacations we have had. Thank you for everything

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while in Isle of Palms with my kids. Mary was quick to respond with any questions. I usually stay in Wild Dunes, but the location of the place was amazing and far exceeded anywhere I’ve stayed there. The entire place was stocked with anything I could ask for and minimized the amount of trips needed at the store. The toys were a great surprise for my 3 year old who played with them the entire week. The private walkway to the beach was so convenient and my boys loved going for night walks on the beach. I am happy to say I will be booking future trips at this beautiful beach home.

Perfect for our agenda …direct beach access, close to Charleston, good restaurants, good golf courses. Great spots on the property to gather as a group or find quiet spots to read.

We have had the good fortune to have been coming here over the years for our fall getaway at the beach. We have such found memories here and the house has never disappointed in all this time. Mary is a phenomenal host and always makes it an easy decision of where to stay.

HEAVEN ON EARTH

Took my mom and her signo to her bucket list town, Charleston, with beach style…Staying in the IOP was the best mix of busy touring and chill. Great food options, atmosphere and the best sleep. The air is just different and the beach sounds divine!

This home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Equipped with all your needs to hang out on the beach. Close to restaurants and grocery store and just off the main drive for peace and quite.

Great location and lovely home

Stayed for a week here and loved our stay. The house was well equipped for cooking every night and the grill was great. The outdoor shower was an excellent addition and the location can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

Mary was very helpful and responsive both during the planning and after we arrived at the property. The house is just as pictured, beach is very close nearby, everything was clean and tidy. Mary sent a packet with recommendations of local sights and restaurants prior to our arrival, which was very helpful. The screened in porch was our absolute favorite part of the trip! Highly recommend this property.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The house is full of amenities to make your stay easy and enjoyable. IOP beach is beautiful. The town has many grocery and restaurant options. Charleston and its surrounding attractions are short drive away. Mary was easily accessible and promptly responded to our questions.

We've stayed at over a dozen VRBO's over the past few years. This house was by far the most well-appointed. Large supply of linens and towels, kitchen utensils. Very clean. Great location. We'd definitely go back.

Wonderful beach vacation

Very nice, well equipped house. Short walk to beach. Kitchen fully equipped, including spices, cleaning supplies, toys and games for children, nice Weber grill, covered parking, great location in IOP, plenty of backyard space for kids to play.

Our family of 5 enjoyed a very comfortable stay and especially loved the easy access to the beach! The washing machine was unexpectedly out of service but Mary went out of her way to make sure it didn’t detract from our stay. She paid for our laundry bill and was kind enough to give us a gift card to a local restaurant. Thank you, Mary!
