The place was stunning. Nice open design for the common spaces. As well, the 4 bedrooms were exactly what we needed for amount people we had.I was pleasantly surprised with the response time questions was pleasantly were answered within 5 minutes.Would definitely recommend this to.

Spring break with the family
The only downside is the noise of the surrounding area. The place is sandwiched in between very busy roads. The front bedroom was extremely noisy. Unless you are a very heavy sleeper you should avoid that room. Other than that the place was very clean and well maintained

92A Shepherd Street - StayDuvet
This location was right in the heart of downtown, very convenient and centrally located, allowing us quick access to everything on our itinerary each day. The house was immaculate, well stocked with most everything you need. I am very particular about cleanliness and upkeep in places I stay and the least little thing (especially in bathrooms) can bother me, but this place was spotless. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor seating area was a great additional perk. The manager of the property was so very responsive and afforded hospitality equal to or better than the Ritz in my opinion. They even allowed us to use parking in another house next door, (for our second car) that wasn’t being rented that week, which saved us time, money, and gave us peace of mind. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone interested in a great trip to the beautiful city of Charleston!

We had trouble with the tvs which I texted and it wasn’t until I called the following day that I received a response. I heard nothing back about the missing bedroom door handle.

Good house & location but…
House is clean and tidy but lacking in a few necessities such as Kleenex tissue and access to regular tv stations. Traffic outside is a bit noisy since it’s so close to the freeway. When people are upstairs footsteps can be felt in unit below.
Parking issue was resolved but we should have been allowed to park in the huge empty lot in back from the get go. Ad said two parking spaces!

Fabulous stay in Charleston!
This property was SO clean it was like no one had ever been there before us! The kitchen is well equipped for all meal prep needs. Beds are exceedingly comfortable and bathrooms are lovely. It simply could not have been better for our group of 3 couples. Plenty of seating for conversation inside AND outside. Great location. Plenty of parking.

Walking distance to everything
My friends and I loved our stay here for my 30th birthday. It was perfect to be able to walk just a few minutes and be downtown! Only recommendations would be some sound proofing because of the nearby overpass, and blackout curtains. Otherwise it was wonderful.
