Oceanfront condo-Wild Dunes w/ community pool, beach access & screened porch!

  • Stay in one of Wild Dunes most popular complexes! This oceanfront three bedroom, three bathroom elevated condo has the convenience of being steps away from the ocean and outdoor Community Pool (April-end of October, not heated or cooled). The flooring and furnishings are updated in all bedrooms and living spaces. Outdoor community pool and beach access boardwalk is directly next to building complex. Enjoy the ocean breezes and views of the Atlantic Ocean from the screened porch or master balcony.

    First floor has one bedroom, a full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and a beautifully designed living space with flat-screen cable TV and direct access to screened porch. The second floor hosts two bedrooms, each with their very own private baths, as well as a washer and dryer. The master suite boasts a private balcony with spectacular ocean views. Off street parking available for 2 vehicles. Wi-Fi & Linens included. No Pets. No smoking. No Grills permitted at Beach Club Villa.

    Vehicle Capacity: 2
    * Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed in Wild Dunes.*

    Coastal Utilities will be conducting a drainage project starting the week of September 14th through December of 2026.
    The contractor will be working in sections throughout the parking lot and behind the building. Materials will be staged along each side of the parking lot in Phase 2 while the project is underway and in a designated area on the grass near one of the work areas. This timeline will include repaving the entire Phase 2 parking lot once the drainage portion of the project has been completed.

    Bedroom 1: Two Queen Beds; Flat-screen cable TV; Private access to hall bath (shower/tub combo).

    Third Floor:
    Laundry closet in hall with washer and dryer
    Bedroom 2: King Bed; Flat-screen cable TV; Private bath (shower/tub combo); Private oceanfront balcony.
    Bedroom 3: Two Queen Beds; Private bath (shower/tub combo).

    *This is a Sunday – Sunday rental from 5/31/26 to 8/16/26; 4 night minimum in offseason.* Weekly only over Holidays*.

    **The city of Isle of Palms ordinance allows a maximum sleeping capacity of 8.

Beautiful Views

Great location, quiet, & clean. We loved sitting on the upper deck at night and feeling the ocean breeze and star gazing! Easy to get to the beach via the boardwalk. The complex pool was nice, but needed cleaning. The kitchen was swell stocked.

Location, layout and amenities are all superior and we appreciate the thoughtfulness of the owner to provide not only a well-equipped kitchen, but even a small library under the stairs! Island Realty was helpful in righting an administrative issue and also when we had a minor repair needed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa was dirty. We had cockroaches. There were gummy bears under the bed in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. There were no directions on how to use the tv. There was a blood stained pillow case on a pillow in the closet of the 2nd bedroom upstairs. The kitchen cupboards were so full that we had very little room to store our food. The water filter on for the refrigerator was 99% overdue. We told the maintenance at Island Realty but it was never repaired. The location was great and the condo was a good size, but for the money that we spent, I would expect a clean condo. I will rent again at Beach Club Villas but not from Island Realty mostly because they are way below par on cleanliness. Also the furniture felt very dirty.

Neat, clean , nicely decorated, good furniture, and wonderful beds! My daughter rented #67 and we were impressed with the updated kitchen. Taking out the wall and adding the island made it feel HUGE. Something that would improve #69, as the kitchen is really tiny for 6 adults. Otherwise, no complaints!

Sat-Sat rental, this was Sun-Sun. Due to flights and schedules, we left Sat, so wasted $. We also had to rent Hotel Rooms on Resort which was quite expensive. The Condo itself was fine. The experience based on above was not at all.

No benefit points toward bikes or chairs were provided. Usually $250 in beach gear with other properties. Some of the Beach Club Villa's are closer to the beach than others. This one was pretty good. I was shocked at the beach erosion nearby since my last stay on isle of palms. Rust in bathroom fixtures.

We were disappointed in the condition of the unit. The views are nice but it needs a revamp. Ceiling paint peeling, needs a deep clean and updated baths. Thw furniture is "tired" and there is an odd smell. We were here during a deep freeze and found the heating unit could not keep up with the cold. It ran constantly but didnt keep us warm enough downstairs, while the master bedroom was too warm. They definitely need humidifier on the unit in the winter. We enjoyed time as a family but we won't be staying here again in it's current cindition.
