The Space:

Camellias – Suite B offers an elevated escape in a thoughtfully restored historic home just 3 blocks from King Street. Designed for comfort and connection, this stylish retreat features beautifully curated interiors, shared access to a hot tub, and exclusive use of a private rooftop deck — ideal for soaking in the Charleston skyline.



** Please note the home is divided into 2 completely separate units - A (downstairs) & B (upstairs). They share the common courtyard space & hot tub, but each has a private entrance with dedicated outdoor seating **

2nd Floor:

• 4 King Bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom

Guest Access:

• Guests have exclusive access to Suite B (entire 2nd floor) including the balcony and rooftop deck. The courtyard, hot tub, and parking is shared with Suite A (ground floor).



• The house has electronic door locks and a unique code will be provided that will work for the duration of your stay.



• Parking: On-site for 1 vehicle.



The Neighborhood:

This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 3 blocks to King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. This home is in an extremely safe area.



Getting Around:

• Walkable Neighborhood – Steps to top restaurants, bars & shops.



• Uber/Lyft Available – Quick & easy rides to attractions.



• DASH Trolley (FREE) – Stops nearby & takes you around downtown.



Other Things to Note:

• No parties or events.



• Hot tub hours 9am - 9pm (Hot Tub is shared with guests of Suite A)



• This home is divided into 2 separate units. Suite A is located on the ground floor. Suite B is located on the second floor. They share the rear courtyard, hot tub, and parking area.



• Baby gear rentals are available upon request for an additional fee.



• This home has multiple sets of stairs and is not child-proofed. Families with infants and children are welcome, but please be aware of these risks.



• For security purposes only there are 5 exterior cameras located on the property. One monitoring each ground floor entrance (front door, side door, back door), one monitoring the courtyard (including the hot tub), and one monitoring the rooftop.



• There are excessive noise monitors present on the property. These do not record audio - only decibel levels.

Came for 3 nights with a group of 6 girlfriends and had a great stay. The property is beautiful in a wonderful location to everything downtown. We walked everywhere the entire trip. The property owners were great to deal with and the house is extremely clean. It’s a rare that in person is better than the pictures but this one is.

Gorgeous place. Easy to walk to King or anywhere downtown. This house was done right. Everything is new or freshly painted. Great place to stay!! Tom and Hannah responded to all my requests and tried to help me with everything I asked. No complaints here and I’m picky!
