Location is great. Close to Shem Creek and downtown. The dock and marsh views are wonderful - especially because it brings a beautiful breeze even on the 90 degree days.

Spent 6 nights here in April 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed the house, property, dock, and our stay. This property is great for families or groups that want to see Charleston during the day and have a relaxing place to enjoy in the evening. The house was well stocked for our needs and we made good use of the kitchen, coffee maker, pool table, and golf game. Overall, a really great place to stay!

We had a great stay over spring break with my two teenage grandchildren. The property was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. It is very convenient to shopping, grocery stores even bait shop. All of them only a five or 10 minute drive. My family likes to fish and the deck on Shem Creek was a big draw. For us fishing was excellent especially for keeper red fish. Check-in was painless. I highly recommend consideration of this property for a relaxing comfortable stay.

The house was clean and the home owner responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood is quiet and much time was spent at the dock fishing or simply sitting and taking in the outdoors. The location lent itself well to everything we wanted to do in Mount Pleasant and Charleston.

Amazing views of the Marsh

We had a great week at the property and thoroughly enjoyed the time on the dock overlooking the marsh. We rented paddle boards and kayaks from Half Moon Outfitters and they delivered and picked them up from the house. Overall, a nice place to stay near Charleston.
