Perfect location!

Perfect location RIGHT ON King St and near all the major restaurants and shops and walk to the downtown market, Battery Park, and historic district. I honestly was surprised these are two separate units rather than one large unit, there is an A and a B condo/apartment. The B is smaller for kids or second group. Both super clean and A has much larger living room space while B is more cramped couch and TV area. Hyatt Hotel Downtown is in the same circle drive so easy to get Uber's there. Can walk to Spread bagel shop for coffee and wood-fired bagels and Craig and Austen's bar By the Way is around the corner from the show Southern Charm. Great cocktails to wind down the night in classy setting.
