The house is in a fantastic location! My only suggestions would be to include the number of stairs (don’t ideal for older people) and note that parking is VERY tight if you don’t have a compact car.

Loved every minutes of our stay here. More than perfect for our family of four. Comfortable and accommodating. We especially loved the master bedroom, bathtub, and big shower. Washer and dryer an excellent plus! If we ever return to Charleston, this is where we will stay!

This property was in a perfect location to enjoy our trip to Charleston. We have visited Charleston many times over the years being residents of South Carolina, We have stayed many places from the best hotels to rentals; however, this is the best best VRBO we have rented in the city: I would recommend this house to everyone, and I plan on staying here again if available. :

This is such a cool house in the way that it is laid out. It was a treat to stay for a few nights. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, even with a 5 and 7 year old. Charleston is a great city and one can feel the history down every street. I’d recommend.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful house in Charleston South Carolina! Our family got together for our sons recognition day celebration at The Citadel Military College and this house was in a perfect location! You won’t regret the stay here!

We stayed here during the SEWE with another family. This home is beautifully designed and appointed with your needs during your stay. The location makes this ideal for walking and exploring Charleston. Unfortunately I got sick upon arrival and spent the weekend in bed but the primary suite was so comfortable and I had everything I needed. Great restaurants nearby that delivered meals while my family was out experiencing the Expo. I will definitely book this home again when I return for a girls weekend.

Great house right in the middle of it all. Once we arrived, we never had to drive again as everything was within walking distance. Truly a peaceful, beautiful setting to retire to after busy days of sight seeing. Beautiful architecture and elegance only a block from BBQ and happy hours. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful house that is located within walking distance to most downtown attractions. The neighbor hood is close but quiet. The only downside was the tight parking space and narrow ally. Otherwise, it was a great experience!!

We loved the little neighborhood - Baba’s Cafe for breakfast every morning. The master bath with large shower area and dual shower heads, plus the jacuzzi tub and double vanity is the best part of this property. The other two bedrooms and the shared bath on third floor are small and best suited for teens. We did not use/need them.

We stayed at the Tully for the weekend to attend our daughter's graduation from CofC. The location was great because it was near the college as well as all of the shopping and restaurants that make Charleston such a fun place to visit. Everything about the house was comfortable and enjoyable. The only caution is the stairs. They are beautiful but somewhat narrow for those of us who are elderly and they're are lots of them.

We loved our stay here--it was easy to get out and walk around town, then come back to relax/recharge. The beds were quite comfy and the house was nice and clean. We couldn't get the balcony door to open so there weren't any areas to sit outside and relax, but that wasn't;t a big deal. As others have mentioned, the stairs and the parking are not for the faint-hearted, but they weren't an issue for us.

Great communication pre-arrival. Fast response to a minor issue with the cable/internet. Overall a very nice house with everything we needed for a 4 day stay. Would have liked to have used the fireplaces on the cold nights, especially downstairs. We really enjoyed being so close to so much in Charleston. Would definitely rent this house again and we might!
