Cozy Cottage has everything you and your family need for a relaxing getaway, featuring a renovated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house on a private 0.8 acre wooded lot with a 180 ft. waterfront and a spectacular panoramic view of the cove and lake. It has a well stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer, 3 cable flat screen TVs, and Wi Fi internet access. There is a spacious living area and an enclosed porch and a large deck with a gas grill and an extra propane tank.
It also features a fire pit,
a picnic table, a sand beach, 3 kayaks, an excellent swimming area and a great cove for water skiing, tubing, sailing, boating, and fishing.

An Oasis Of Relaxation
From the view of the lake to the fully equipped home, this lake house invited us to relax and unplug from the stress of everyday life from the moment we stepped onto the property. We brought our boat and launched it from the ramp located right on the property, and we loved exploring the lake, coming back to enjoy a fire by the lake, and cooking dinner on the grill fully equipped with enough propane to last our entire visit. Instructions sent by the owner were clear, and we were left alone to enjoy our time while knowing the owner was only a text away if we needed anything. This was the first of hopefully many trips back to this hidden gem! On a scale of 1 to 10, we give this spot an 11!

Great Place to stay
We had a great time staying with friends at the cute and cozy cottage. We had a small boat that we docked right on the site. The guys were able to catch fish and we cooked them up.

Clean and quiet getaway
This was a great place to stay for a fishing trip. Clean and quiet. Most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for a while! Only downside was the very tight turn around for a truck and boat trailer. Neighbors not neighborly when it came to their driveway for turning around. But there was a location close to get it done. Overall I would definitely recommend. Great for vacation or weekend getaway on the water.

Nice location.
We had a great time and felt the location was private. We were appreciative that it was affordable and 2 dogs were allowed! Good spot to fish and paddle board. Dogs had a blast too.

Just what we needed
The purpose of the stay was due to repairs at home. It served the purpose well. Being cold weather, we did not get to enjoy the water but the view was nice.The first night there was a problem with the heat but it was quickly repaired the next day. The property manager kept us well informed during the repairs.

Amazing View of Lake Norman
Very good communication between the owner and us prior to our stay about an issue of the roads, he accommodated us and was very informative. House was clean and comfortable. Our dogs loved playing in the lake and the view was beautiful to wake up to. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want access to the water and a relaxing setting.
