Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Check in and out was very simple and straightforward. Very communicative and great location. We weren’t ant the property other than to sleep and wind down from the day (moving my daughter to Charlotte), so we were away from the property most of the time helping my daughter move in. We didn’t get to enjoy the back yard though it looked very large and inviting. No complaints!

We had a lovely stay at the home. It was very clean and comfortable and perfect for my brother, his wife, and me. The hosts were responsive to questions. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Sumaq coffee shop each morning, and the location was convenient to the family member we were visiting, as well as South Park and Whole Foods. Would definitely recommend.

We take no pleasure in writing this review. On the day of our arrival from out of state we sent a message to the owner asking for check-in information. The owner replied telling us the home was double booked and they were asking us to cancel. We are a family of 5 who planned this trip several weeks in advance. This not how we had hoped to start our vacation however we are appreciative for finding a place after a lot of looking and a night in a hotel. Thank you VRBO for your help.To the owners credit, they were very apologetic. Hopefully they have resolved this booking issue. We wish them the best.

Good experience

We were pleased with our stay. It would be nice if the door leading from the sunroom to the kitchen had blinds or a curtin.

Perfect house in a great spot!

We stayed here for a week and were very happy! The house is great, from the design to the quality. The kitchen had a great selection of utensils and the office nook was a PLUS when I had to work some remote. It is a bit of a drive (20ish minutes) to some of the breweries/restaurants but was nice to be away from the hustle at night. Would stay here again for sure.

Girls weekend

This house was PERFECT for our short girls weekend get away. The house was exactly as stated and is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive from the downtown area. The house was cozy, spacious, well designed and the decor of the place is impeccable! The property manager got back to me immediately if I had questions and would I highly recommend this to anyone int eh Charlotte area.
