Centrally-located Cozy & Relaxing Charlotte Ranch

  • Spacious and private three bedroom house located approximately 20 minutes from bustling South-End, artsy NoDa district, Plaza Midwood and all the restaurants and brewery’s those areas have to offer.

    The space:
    This house is ideal for a family or a group looking to enjoy the Charlotte area. It’s a 18 minute drive to Lake Norman boat access, Mountain island kayak access and 20 minutes from the US National White Water Center for summer fun!

    If staying in, the house is equipped with all the essentials required for a fun filled day/night in. Fully equipped kitchen, family friendly board games, cards and foosball table! TVs have fire sticks with access to Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV etc. (byo passwords) and/or direct tv cable.

    Spacious outdoor for children to run around, beautiful garden in the backyard to overlook and patio with outdoor lights and pergola for a relaxing evening outside. This home has all you’ll need for a cozy & relaxing stay in Charlotte.
